Other things to note:
Guest will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and asked for a £200 damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be a pre authorization/hold. The money wont be taken, it is an authorization that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.
The authorization starts on your arrival date, and expires automatically 3 days after your departure.
You should receive an email and an sms message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. This all needs to be completed ahead of your stay to receive your lockbox code on the morning of arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues at all with this process. Many thanks.
