- The house boasts four comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.
- We also own next door which is semi-detached and a 5 bedroom which can be rented at the same time to make a 9-bedroom property for larger groups. Please message us with a request to check the availability for you!

Guest access:
During your stay at our cosy house, you will have full access to all areas, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.
This includes:
-The Entire House-: You have exclusive access to the entire house, providing you with privacy and a peaceful retreat.
-Parking: Ample parking space is available on the property, ensuring that you have hassle-free access to your accommodation.
We aim to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Other things to note
Guest will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and asked for a ยฃ200 damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be a pre-authorisation/hold. The money wonโt be taken, it is an authorisation that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.
The pre-authorisation starts on the day of your arrival, or the Friday before your stay for weekend arrivals.
You will receive this back in your account around 10 days after your departure.
You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. This all needs to be completed to receive your lockbox code on the morning of your day of arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues at all with this process.
